To prove how devious I truly am, I'm not going to obey all the rules. However, I will list the personal facts and answer the questions provided.
Facts:
1- I've read comic books since I was three. As I've gotten older, I've developed an educated respect for the art form.
2- I consider the age of 12 as the best and worst year of my life. Best, because I fell in love with writing, music, art and anything creative. Worst, because the insecurities I sometimes feel today began here as well.
3- I have a dark sense of humor. I'm not quick-witted all the time, but I have my moments.
4- I love stand-up comedy. You can find the greatest human truths in comedy. I've learned more about society from the likes of Richard Pryor, George Carlin, Bill Hicks and Dave Chapelle than I ever have from classrooms.
5- I love music of all kinds; all genres. Although I'm picky when it comes to country and hip-hop. I usually spend most of my off-time releasing all the woes of the day through the music from my headphones. It's very cleansing.
6- I've been fascinated with the porn industry for a couple of years now. I've read a few books about it and seen "Boogie Nights" several times. It's interesting to see what kind of people get involved in the industry. A quote from one of the books I read says it best: "She wanted to be loved and found. She was found for a little while, but in an industry that had no love."
7- My knowledge of anime revolves around the films rather than series. "Princess Mononoke" being my favorite.
8- I enjoy hanging out with friends, but it is important to have personal time.
9- I despise hypocrisy. Words are a waste if you don't try to practice what you preach.
10- There is a difference in "having a crush" and "being in love." It took my a few years to learn that.
11- Living is not about the years you have, but about the amount of life you put into those years.
Questions for me to answer:
1- Who's your favorite Zelda character, and why? Ghirahim. He has a yin-yang to his personality. His passion for control reveals itself differently from moment to moment. He can show tenderness and heart, then on a dime, beat you senseless. The complexity fascinates me.
2- If you could be any villian from any video game or anime who would it be, and what series are they from? Light Yagami from "Death Note" (I guess he's the villain). What's great is the character has a moral ambiguity to him. The best villains are those who feel what they are doing are in the right, even though their actions may lead to bad ends. Plus, watching Light's moral sensibilities gradually erode during the series is another strength to the story and character.
3- Cereal or poptarts? Cereal
4- Say you could have any kind of car ever right now, what would be sitting in your garage? Ferrari (like Magnum P.I.)
5- Do you prefer mountains or beaches? Beaches
6- Vampires or Zombies? Vampires. *unsparkled*
7- What's your favorite kind of sport to either play or watch? Football
8- If you're up to date on this Kony2012 stuff, what is your opinion on it? Kony has been there since 1987. For the US to get involved now, especially after not saying anything for years, would cause more trouble. The country has been embroidered in civil war for decades. It's honorable to want to help in some way. It's a sad situation, and has been for decades, but our involvement could lead to resentment by those we're trying to help.
9- Which Zelda universe is your favorite? Skyward Sword, I guess.
10- What's your favorite feature about yourself? Eyes.
11- In the time it took you to answer these, what else could you have done that's more productive? Working
